摘要
针对国产拖拉机造型设计的特点,提出了基于逆向工程的拖拉机造型CAD混合建模方法.依据拖拉机造型三维效果图,建立了其油泥模型;采用Comet 250与AICON 3D Studio相结合的方法,基于特征进行点云数据的测量及处理,从测量数据中提取可重新进行设计的特征、约束及设计意图,在对数据进行分析的基础上,制定了建模方案.通过参数的提取,重构了拖拉机造型的CAD模型.实例应用结果表明了建模方法的可行性,为拖拉机造型设计提供了一个有效途径.
According to the features of domestic tractor modeling design,a method of the tractor modeling hybrid CAD modeling based on reverse engineering is proposed.Tractor modeling clay model based on three-dimensional effective drawing is established.The cloud points data based on the features of tractor modeling with the method of Comet 250 combined with AICON 3D Studio are collected and processed.The product features,geometric constraints and design intent are addressed by the initial design of a physical prototype.Based on the model analysis,modeling scheme is established.The tractor modeling of CAD model is reconstructed through the parameter extracted.Application example has shown the feasibility of the scheme,which provides an effective approach to tractor modeling design.
