摘要随着计算机及网络技术的广泛应用,数据库建设正朝着多媒体、网络化方向发展,而丰富多样的多媒体数据不像普通文本信息那样容易描述和查找,所以元数据在数据库资源管理和应用中扮演着越来越重要的角色。主要从理论与实践的角度,论述甘南藏区旅游资源数据库建设中DC元数据的应用。 With the wide application of computer and network,it has become a trend to build multi-media and Internet database.And it＇s more difficult to search the rich muti-media data than to search the text information.Therefore the metadata is playing an more and more important role in the management and application of database resources.Discusses the application of DC metadata in the tourism resources database of Gannan Tibetan District both in practice and in theory.
