新中国成立初期浙江省嘉兴地区乡村小学教育探析

Rural Primary Education of Zhejiang Jiaxing Area in the early days of New China

新中国成立初期,嘉兴地区的乡村小学教育在国家的大力扶持下有了较快的发展,呈现出社会主义的新特征。但在社会主义建设过程中,由于急于求成,不少小学亦出现了流生严重、校群关系紧张等不良现象。同时,因为中央政府注重将乡村小学教育和农村社会环境相结合,使得中央和地方政府能够及时发现并解决问题。这表明国家在乡村小学教育中扮演着非常重要的角色,必须充分意识到政策在实践中的有效性,才能更好地进行国家建设。

Under the country's strong support in the early days of New China,rural primary education of Jiaxing area had developed very quickly and showed a new characteristic of socialism.But in the process of socialist construction,many primary schools also appeared irregular students,tensions among the schools and the masses,and other undesirable phenomena because of impatience for success. Meanwhile,because the central government focused on the combination of rural primary education and rural social environment,which made the central and local governments to detect and solve problems in time.All of those showed that the state played a very important role in primary education,and must be fully aware of the effectiveness of policy in practice in order to carry out nation-building better.
