摘要
旅游培养方案质量评估是提高旅游教育质量的前提和基础。文章结合全面质量管理(TQM)和背景、输入、过程、成果(CIPP)理论,确定了旅游本科培养方案质量评价的标准、维度和指标,运用探索性因素分析,开发和验证了旅游本科培养方案质量测评工具,并审视了旅游本科院校旅游专业教师所评价的培养方案质量各个维度的相对重要性,尝试为旅游本科院校及外部的质量保证机构提供一个有效的旅游本科培养方案质量评价工具。
Quality evaluation of tourism undergraduate training program is the prerequisite and basis to raise the quality of tourism education.The paper,based on the theory of total quality management(TQM) and background,input,process and CIPP,determines the standard,dimension,and indicators of the quality evaluation.By applying the analysis of explorative factors,we try to develop and test the evaluation tools and examine the relative importance of each dimension perceived by teachers in tourism majors of tourism institutes of higher learning with a view to providing an effective instrument for the evaluation the tourism undergraduate training program for tourism institutes and external quality assurance agencies.
