海洋链霉菌211726次级代谢产物中一个新2-甘油酯的鉴定

摘要 目的对分离自海洋链霉菌211726(Streptomyces sp.211726)次级代谢产物中的2-甘油酯进行鉴定。方法从菌株211726的发酵产物中分得一个白色结晶性粉末,根据其理化性质和波谱学特性,对其进行结构鉴定。结果与结论分得的2-甘油酯含有3个结构相似的化合物,分别鉴定为:15-甲基棕榈酸2-甘油酯(1),棕榈酸2-甘油酯(2)和12-甲基肉豆蔻酸2-甘油酯(3),其比例约为6∶3∶1,其中化合物1为新化合物。 Objective To identify the 2-monoacylglycerols isolated from the metabolites produced by marine Streptomyces sp.211726.Methods A white crystalline powder was obtained from the fermentation products of strain 211726.Their structures were identified by the physicochemical and spectral analyses.Results and Conclusion The 2-monoacylglycerols obtained consisted of three components,and identified as: 15-methyl hexadecanoic acid 2-acylglycerol(1),hexadecanoic acid 2-acylglycerol(2) and 12-methyl tetradecanoic acid 2-acylglycerol(3) with the ratio of about 6∶3∶1.Among them,compound 1 was a new compound.
