摘要
合成了含不同羟基比例的聚天冬氨酸衍生物,通过试验对其阻CaCO3、CaSO4和Ca3(PO4)2垢性能进行了评价,并对该衍生物的结构进行了表征。结果表明:当合成原料n(异丙醇胺)∶n(PSI)为2.4,合成药剂投加质量浓度为8mg/L时,其对Ca3(PO4)2的阻垢率可达96.0%。改性后药剂对CaCO3的阻垢率有一定提高,但对CaSO4的阻垢性能影响不大。反应产物的核磁共振谱图验证了聚天冬氨酸分子中羟基的引入。
Polyasparagusic acid derivatives containing different hydroxy ratios have been synthesized.Their scale inhibiting capacities of CaCO3,CaSO4 and Ca3(PO4)2 are evaluated,and the structures of those derivatives are characterized.The results show that when the mole ratio of isopropanolamine and polysuccinimide is 2.4,and the agent dosage is 8 mg/L,the scaling inhibition rate on Ca3(PO4)2 is 96.0%.After modification,its scaling inhibition rate on CaCO3 is improved to a certain extent,but does not have much effect on scaling inhibition capacity of CaSO4.The presence of hydroxy in polyasparagusic acid molecules is confirmed by NMR.
