摘要
目的比较两种不同的牙体预备方法对玻璃离子水门汀与牙本质粘结力的影响。方法将30颗完整离体前磨牙随机分成FX-Ⅱ玻璃离子水门汀组和FujiⅨ玻璃离子水门汀组,每组15颗。各组颊侧作为实验侧,用Er,Cr:YSGG激光预备,舌侧作为对照侧,用牙钻预备。然后实验侧和对照侧分别用两种不同玻璃离子水门汀充填,进行剪切力测试,计算标本牙的抗剪切粘结强度,体视显微镜下观察牙体组织的剪切断面。结果剪切力实验结果显示,用Er,Cr:YSGG激光预备的实验侧牙本质表面进行不同玻璃离子水门汀充填时,其剪切力均明显优于对照侧(P<0.05),以Er,Cr:YSGG激光预备后Fuji IX玻璃离子水门汀充填组剪切力最强。体视显微镜观察结果显示,各组实验侧粘结断面残留物均比对照侧多。结论 Er,Cr:YSGG激光预备后牙体组织与玻璃离子水门汀的粘结强度优于传统涡轮牙钻预备者;Er,Cr:YSGG激光预备后Fuji IX玻璃离子水门汀对牙本质粘结力最强。
Objective To compare the effects of 2 types of tooth preparation on bond strength between dentin and glass ionomer cement.Methods Thirty intact extracted premolars were randomly diving into groups A and B(n =15 each group),in which FX-Ⅱ and Fuji Ⅸ glass ionomer cement was used,respectively.The buccal sides of all the teeth were prepared with Er,Cr:YSGG laser and used as experimental side,and the lingual sides were prepared with bur and used as control side.Both the experimental and control sides were filled with FX-Ⅱ or Fuji Ⅸ glass ionomer cement respectively,and the bond strength was detected.The shearing surfaces were observed under stereo microscope.Results The shear strength in the experimental side filled with 2 types of glass ionomer cement was significantly higher than that in the control side,and it was the highest in the experimental side filled with Fuji Ⅸ glass ionomer cement.More rediue of glass ionomer cement on the sheraing surface was found in the experimental side than in the control side in both groups.Conclusion The bond strength between dentin and glass ionomer cement is higher in teeth prepared with Er,Cr:YSGG laser than in those prepared with bur,and the bond strength between dentin and Fuji Ⅸ glass ionomer cement is the highest.
