预渗处理对H13钢盐浴多元共渗行为的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以H13钢为基材,通过对比含预渗处理和不含预渗处理的稀土-N-C-S-V-Nb多元共渗复合表面强化工艺的处理结果,发现即使预渗温度和时间不同,也是经过预渗处理的渗层样品表层所含的碳、氮化物比未预渗的渗层样品多,其渗层厚度达100~120μm,组织致密且呈弥散分布,硬度比未预渗样品高,而且与基体的结合程度也得到很大改善。这表明预渗处理能有效增加H13钢多元共渗后的渗层厚度,改善渗层致密度,提高渗层与基体的结合程度。 With H13 steel as the base material, according to the comparison results between pre-infiltration treatment and non infiltration treatment of RE N-C-S-V-Nb multi-elements penetrating H13 steel surface hardening process, it's found that though the pre infiltration temperatures or time are different, the amount of carbide and nitride on the preinfiltrated permeability layer is larger than that on non pre-infiltrated permeability layer, the thickness of the permeability layer is up to 100-120μm,the structure is dense and distributes dispersedly, the hardness is higher than that of non ment can density of ate eft th d sample, and the integration of the base material is greatly improved. It indicates ectively increase the thickness of permeability layer on the multi-elements pene at pre-infiltration treat- H13 steel, improve the e permeability layer and enhance the integration of the permeability layer and base material.
