摘要
介绍了智能电网中水电调度自动化系统的功能,着重分析了水电调度自动化系统实现过程中的两大关键技术:径流预测和优化计算。通过径流预测,可得到较好的径流预测结果;将流预测结果代入优化调度函数,其计算结果可以为电网计算面临时段全网水电出力能力提供有力的分析依据。
On the basis of the introduction of the functions of hydropower dispatching automation system in smart grid,this paper focuses on its two key techniques-runoff prediction and optimization calculation.It is illustrated that good prediction data can be obtained through runoff prediction cases,and the calculation can be made by means of using the runoff prediction data in the optimal scheduling function.The results can be used as the solid basis of the real-time calculation of the output of hydropower stations in the smart grid.
