摘要
阐述了上海电网2010年度小干扰稳定分析的方法和前提条件。选取了上海电网2010年夏季、冬季共5个典型运行方式,研究了上海电网2010年小干扰稳定基本特性,揭示了目前上海电网实际存在的受华东电网全局模式影响和上海电网自身局部模式小干扰稳定问题,并提出了相应的对策。计算表明,上海电网小干扰稳定问题都有着共同的特点。大多数运行方式下,上海电网都存在受华东电网全局模式影响的弱阻尼振荡模式和自身局部弱阻尼振荡模式。全局弱阻尼振荡模式主要包括安徽模式和苏北模式。局部弱阻尼振荡模式主要与外高桥二厂、外高桥三厂、吴泾电厂、漕泾电厂、吴泾二厂和宝钢电厂机组相关。研究表明,采取增加安徽、苏北和上海部分大容量机组PSS配置是解决上海电网受华东电网全局模式影响和上海电网自身局部模式小干扰稳定问题的有效措施。
The method and precondition for small signal stability analysis of Shanghai Power Grid in 2010 are presented.The basic characteristics of 2010′s small signal stability of Shanghai Power Grid were studied based on 5 typical operation modes of Shanghai Power Grid in the summer and winter of 2010,and the existing small signal stability problems caused by the global modes of East China Power Grid and the local modes of Shanghai Power Grid were revealed,and corresponding coping strategies were put forward.Calculation shows that there are common characteristics for the small signal problems in Shanghai Power Grid.For most operation,there exist both the global and the local weak damping oscillation modes,and the global modes mainly include Anhui mode and Northern Jiangsu mode,and the local modes are related to the units of Waigaoqiao No.2,Waigaoqiao No.3,Wujing,Caojing,Wujing No.2 and Bao Steel power plants.Studies show that extending PSS application to some key units in Anhui,North of Jiangsu and Shanghai is an effective measure to solve the small signal stability problems caused by the global modes of East China Power Grid and the local modes of Shanghai Power Grid.
