摘要
由于超临界机组复杂的动态特性、变参数的运行方式、多变量的控制特点,采用传统的设计方法难以对超临界机组主汽温进行有效的控制。基于此,提出二级过热汽温主调节器采用自抗扰控制器(ADRC)的设计方法,试验结果表明,用ADRC控制器控制主汽温对被控对象模型的不确定性和外部扰动变化具有较强的鲁棒性和适应性,控制系统具有优良的动态性能。
Owing to the complicated dynamic characteristics,variable operation mode and multi-variable control characteristics of supercritical units,the traditional design method of supercritical unit failed to control the main steam temperature effectively.Therefore,the secondary superheated steam temperature regulator using Active Disturbance Rejection Controller(ADRC) is designed accordingly.The results show that the regulator with the ADRC controlling main steam temperature has strong robustness and adaptability on the uncertain changes and external disturbances of the plant model,and the control system is proved to have good dynamic performance.
