摘要
应用全寿命周期成本管理理论,针对常规变电站和数字式变电站设备安装和使用的不同比照,通过建立数字式变电站全寿命周期成本估算模型来计算电子式互感器的全寿命周期成本。实践表明,变电站配置电子式互感器提高了变电站的自动化水平,在基建阶段减少一次投资成本,在整个全寿命周期内可节省运行成本。
The Life Cycle Costs(LCC) of an electronic transducer can be calculated by establishing an estimation model of the digital substation based on the LCC management theory and the comparison between the regular substation and the digital substation in the equipments installation and its operation.Practice shows that the automation level of power substation has been increased and the first investment cost at construction stage has been reduced by using electronic transducer,which therefore has saved operation cost in the whole life cycle.
