摘要
通过对河南省偃师市沼气使用和服务的实地调查,发现沼气服务体系中存在许多须要解决的问题。针对沼气服务体系建设存在的人员配备和资金投入的盲目性,建立了服务网点投入优化配置模型,得出在服务网点建设中,服务网点人员数量、沼气用户覆盖数、设备投入、日常维修及宣传培训的优化方案。最后,尝试性地提出了"沼气用户-服务网点"互惠循环经济模式,阐述了这种模式的内容和具体运行情况及优缺点,为今后的沼气服务体系建设提供参考。
At present, the construction of biogas service system was very necessary and very urgent. Through the field survey on biogas utilization and service in Yanshi County, many problems were found in the biogas service system for solving. Aiming at the blindness on personnel arrangement and capital investment in current biogas service system construction, the service network configuration optimization model was established. The optimized scheme on the allocation scheme of personnel quantity in the service stations, biogas subscriber coverage, biogas equipment investment, daily maintenance, propaganda and training has been obtained. At last, the mutual benefit cyclic economy mode between the biogas subscriber and the service station has been proposed, the detail as well as its advantage and disadvantage in practical operation were described, this could be the reference for the construction of household biogas service system in the future.
