二极管箝位五电平变换器控制方法 被引量:5

摘要 传统二极管箝位变换器的电压变化率和共模电压较高,且波形谐波含量较大,使得输出滤波器的设计变得复杂。为了克服以上不足,在分析五电平变换器桥臂拓扑的基础上,结合SHEPWM法和SFOPWM法两者的优点,提出了一种新型PWM控制方法。由于直流侧各个电平都得到应用,基于该新型PWM控制技术的二极管箝位型五电平变换器具有了更高的调制比、更少的谐波。仿真及实验结果表明,在低调制比与高调制比的情况下,该方法都能很好地实现对二极管箝位五电平变换器的控制,变换器输出波形正弦度好,谐波含量低,因此该二极管箝位五电平变换器控制方法较适合应用于大功率高电压功率变换场合。 Traditional diode-clamped converters have high voltage variation rate,common-mode voltage and harmonics,which make the design of its output filter complicated.Based on the analysis of five-level converter,a control method combining SHEPWM and SFOPWM is proposed.As each level of its DC side is applied,the converter has higher modulation ratio and fewer harmonics.Simulative and experimental results show that,the proposed method well controls the diode-clamped five-level converter with high or low modulation ratio and its outputting waveform is perfectly sinusoidal with low harmonic content,suitable for high-power high-voltage applications.
