Discussion on the Skills Management of Tunnel Construction

隧道工程施工条件复杂,工期、安全、质量、成本压力大,隧道施工技术管理不好,常会导致出现大亏或小盈的现象。本文针对隧道及地下工程发展所面临机遇,强调加强隧道施工技术管理的重要性,加强施工技术管理应提高"精细化管理、人性化管理"水平。

The condition of tunnel construction is complicated, and the pressure of time, safety, quality and cost is large. If the technology management of tunnel construction is not good, it often result in the phenomenon of burned or small surplus. Aiming at the opportunities faced by the development of tunnel and underground engineering, this paper puts emphasis on strengthening the importance of construction technology management. To strengthen the construction technology management, we should improve the level of ＂fine management, human management＂.
