摘要
建筑工程项目施工管理是建筑施工企业根据经营发展战略和企业内外条件,按照现代企业运行规律,通过生产诸要素的优化配置和动态管理,以实现工程项目的合同目标、获得良好的经济效益和社会效益。本文简单讲述了建筑施工管理的概念,提出一些对建筑工程施工进行科学管理的措施。
The construction management of construction project is that the construction enterprises make optimal allocation and dynamic management of various production elements based on business development strategy of corporate and the internal and external conditions, in accordance with the governing laws, in order to achieve the contract goal of project and get good economic benefits and social benefits. This paper briefly describes the concept of construction management, proposes some measures to the scientific management of the building construction.
