建筑节能工作是一个涉及多方面、多层次的系统性工作,从建筑节能的技术研究、试点示范、推广应用、标准编制到建筑节能的专项设计、施工和验收的监督检查,由新建建筑节能向既有建筑节能改造方向发展,由公共建筑节能向可再生能源的利用方向延伸,已逐步形成了建筑节能的技术与管理体系,建筑节能已成为政府节能降耗工作的一项重要组成部分。

Building energy efficiency involves many aspects and levels of systematic work. The technology and management system of building energy saving has gradually formed, from the technology research, pilot demonstration, application promotion, standard preparation of building energy- saving to the supervision and inspection of special design, construction and acceptance, developing from the new energy-saving building to the existing energy saving renovation, outspreading from the public building energy to the use of renewable energy. Now building energy efficiency has become an important component of government＇s work of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
