对我国高层建筑施工管理控制重点的探讨

Management Control of High-rise Building Construction in China

随着我国经济的迅速发展,建筑行业也有了较快的发展。尤其在我国的城市,由于土地资源的有限性、紧张性,以及城市人口的日益增加,必须将高层建筑作为城市建设的主体。高层建筑施工时间较长,而且结构相对比较复杂,本文根据以上特点,阐述了高层建筑的强度控制、三线控制以及安全管理这三项重点因素。

With China＇s rapid economic development, the construction industry has also got rapid development. Especially China＇s cities, because of the finiteness and tension of the land resources and the growing urban population, we must take the high-rise building as the main body of urban construction. The time of high-rise building construction is long, and the structure is relatively complex, so this paper describes the three key factors of the intensity control, three-wire control and safety management of high-rise building according to the above characteristics.
