摘要
煤炭是我国主要能源之一,煤炭产业也是我国经济发展的重要支柱,而国有煤炭企业在我国煤炭行业中又占有很大比重。但是,工作环境差,管理落后等客观现实导致国有煤炭企业选不对,留不住,用不好,激不活核心人才。这一方面严重影响了企业长远的发展,另一方面,也极大制约了核心人才自身的成长。
Coal is one of China's major energy sources, and coal industry is the important pillar of China's economic development. The state-owned coal enterprise occupies a large proportion in our country's coal industry. However, poor working environment, lagging management together with other reasons make these state-owned coal enterprises can not choose, keep or motivate the core talents, which seriously affected the long-term development of enterprises, on the other hand, greatly restricted the growth of their core talents.
