摘要
精细化财务管理是现代管理的必然趋势,而高校的精细化财务管理更是适应我国市场经济体制和高校教育改革发展的必然结果。本文从制度的角度谈论对高校精细化财务管理的认识。
The refined financial management is the inevitable trend of modern management, and refined financial management of university is the inevitable result to adapt to China＇s market economy system and the development of higher education reform. From the system point of view, this paper took about the understanding of refined finaneial management of university.
