摘要
通过对会计人才市场需求的了解,企业招聘会计人员时更注重其是否具有实际操作能力和综合运用能力。从而我认为:高校应加强师资队伍建设,提高会计人才培养质量,加强实践教学,以提高学生的综合素质和实际操作能力,从而向社会提供符合市场需求的会计人才。
Through the understanding of the needs of accounting talent market, companies pay more attention to whether they have the practical ability and comprehensive skills when hiring accounting staff. So I think that colleges and universities should strengthen the teaching staff, improve the quality of accounting personnel training, strengthen the practice of teaching to improve the overall quality and the practical ability of students, thus to provide accounting personnel who adapt the market demand to the society.
