加工贸易电子联网监管模式分析

Regulatory Approach of Processing Trade of Electronic Networking

本文从不同的角度阐述加工贸易电子联网模式概念、功能及特点,并运用图表来分析加工贸易电子联网监管和传统纸质监管方式的不同。本文认为加工贸易电子联网新模式避免了纸质手册审批手续重复、环节多、程序复杂、难以准确提供成品单损耗、通关手册周转困难等弊端,大大提高了企业通关效率和海关工作效率。

This article explored an electronic monitoring model which is based on the China Electronic Port. Then this paper addressed the functions, characteristics of records, changes, import and export declarations and balance after verification. The article stated that the new model can overcome short backs of traditional model and improve efficiency of customs clearance.
