翻译文学在中国文学的发展中功不可没,但其归属却一直没有定论。在探讨翻译文学的归属中应该重视翻译文学与外国文学,翻译文学与比较文学,以及翻译文学与法律三个方面的问题。

Translation literature has been very significant in Chinese literature＇s development, but its categorization is still undetermined. While discussing the categorization of translation literature, the three aspects, namely, its relationship with foreign literature, its relationship with comparative literature and its relationship with law, should be paid much attention to.
