摘要
"蛋白质与酶工程"理论课程是生物学基础专业教学的重要组成部分。依据"蛋白质与酶工程"理论课程设置的特点,探索新的教学模式,加强双向交流,强化教学内容,培养学生自主学习能力;注重学习形式,增加创新实践,努力提高学生的专业综合素质;紧密结合其他专业发展趋势,加强现代科学素养意识培养。通过理论和实践的结合,获得良好的课程教学效果,努力培养二十一世纪高素质创新型、应用型人才,为国家输送合格的从事酶工程研究及生产的专业技术人才。
"Protein and Enzyme engineering" is a major basic course during the college biology teaching. According to the characterization of this theory system in "Protein and Enzyme engineering", the following steps and plans have been practiced in the theory curriculum: how to hunt for new teaching model; how to strengthen the theory knowledge in the course and communication between students and tutors; how to culture the self-study ability of students; how to illuminate students to pay more attention to the final study results; how to increase the innovation opportunities for students. Furthermore, it's an important issue that how to combine with others majors" development to incubate students" scientific literacy. We have combined with the practices and theory knowledge to obtain the best teaching effects. We have tried to cultivate the high enzyme engineering-major researchers with innovation and more practices for our country in the twenty first century.
