通过分析石大科技集团有限公司的现状,发现制约公司发展的因素,结合石大科技的实际需求,提出有关企业薪酬改革的几点建议,使得新的体制更适应企业的发展,有利于提高员工的积极性,为企业创造更好的效益。
Through the analysis on the present situation of Shida Technology Group Co., Ltd., this paper found the factors restricting the development of the company, combining with the actual demand of Shida Technology Group Co., Ltd. puts forward relevant suggestions of salary reform, to make the new system be more adapted to enterprise's development and be helpful for improving the enthusiasm of the employees, and to create better benefit for enterprise.
