Analysis of Employment Characteristics of Graduates in Sports Colleges and Countermeasures

随着我国教育规模的不断扩大,高校毕业生的人数不断攀高,无疑增大了毕业生的就业压力。体育院校作为培养专业体育人才的高等学府,同样面临着前所未有的困难和挑战。本文通过对我国体育院校本科毕业生就业形势和特点进行探讨,分析就业困难的原因,并提出相应的对策。

With the constant expansion of China＇s education, constantly rising number of college graduates increased the employment pressure. Physical colleges, as an institution of training professional sports talents, are also facing unprecedented difficulties and challenges. Based on the analysis of the employment situation and characteristics of the graduates in sports colleges, the paper explored the causes of employment difficulties, and proposed countermeasures.
