摘要
近年来青年教师作为高校师资队伍中的新生代,其师德师风建设对高校培养德智体全面人才尤为重要,本文从师德师风建设的四个方面分析了青年教师师德师风建设的内涵,并提出规范措施,为青年教师师德师风建设打下基础。
In recent years, as new generation of university teacher, young staff＇s morality have an important impact on students＂ personality development. This paper analyzes the content of teacher＇s morality construction from four aspects, and four pieces of useful advises are given to stlengthen morality construction.
