工程量清单计价模式下《建筑工程计价》课程教学改革探索

Exploration on Teaching Reform of "Architectural Engineering Pricing" Course in Model of Engineering Bill Pricing

本文通过高职高专建筑类专业《建筑工程计价》课程教学改革的实践,阐述了"以学生为中心、就业为导向、以应用能力培养为核心"的指导原则,注重造价理论与工程实践相结合,将工程量清单计价模式下的工程计价实践技能充实到教学中,通过多种方法才能快速提高学生的专业技能,培养高质量具备造价岗位职责的高等技术应用型人才。

Combining with the teaching reform practice of ＂Architectural Engineering Pricing＂ course, the paper explained that the guiding principle of school is ＂student-centered, job-oriented and application ability cultivation is core＂; school should focus on the combination of cost theory and engineering practice, apply the engineering pricing practice ability in the model of engineering bill pricing, quickly improve their professional skills through a variety of methods, cultivate high-qualified higher applied talents with the job responsibilities.
