摘要
文章根据职业资格证书制度在国内外的状况,及高职高专职业资格证书实施现状,提出了高职高专职业资格证书过程中带有普遍性和典型性的一些问题。
This article introduced the status of vocational qualification certificate system at home and abroad and the implementation status, and analyzed the general and typical problems existing in the implementing process of vocational qualification certificates.
