摘要
ERP沙盘模拟课程完全不同于传统的课堂灌输授课方式,它通过直观的企业经营沙盘来模拟企业运行状况。让学生在分析市场、制定战略、组织生产、整体营销和财务结算等一系列活动中体会企业经营运作的全过程,认识到企业资源的有限性,从而深刻理解管理理念,领悟科学的管理规律,提升管理能力。该课程融角色扮演、案例分析和专家诊断于一体,最大的特点是在参与中学习。本文旨在分析沙盘模拟教学中存在的问题,并在此基础上,结合实际提出合理建议。
ERP sand table simulation course teaching is completely different from the traditional classroom teaching methods, which uses visual business operation sand table to simulate the situation of business operation. It enables students to experience the whole process of business operation and knows about the limit of enterprise resources in the activity of analyzing the market, developing strategies, organizing production, whole marketing and financial settlement. So we can make them deep understand management concepts and the scientific management rules, and enhance management capacity. The course combines role-playing, case studies and expert diagnosis in one; its biggest feature is the study in the participation. This paper analyzes the sandbox simulated teaching problems, and on this basis, puts forward reasonable proposals combining with the actual.
