摘要
作为中国古代最具影响的教育家、思想家,孔子的人才培养目标是为社会培养经世全才;在人才培养上他秉承道德教育为先,终身发展的理念;教学实践中,孔子以《诗》、《书》、《礼》、《乐》、《易》、《春秋》等经典书籍作为主要教材,注重学生知识广博和行为高雅的培养。在呼唤人文精神复归已成世界潮流之际,孔子提出的全才培养观和完人发展模式对当代大学生人文素养的培育具有非常现实的启示意义。
As Chinese ancient's most influential educator and thinker, Confucius is dedicated to develop the all-round development of talent. He receives the idea of moral education first, lifelong development. In the teaching process, he took the classical works such as "The Book of Songs", "The Book of History", "The Book of Rites", "The Book of Music", "The Book of Changes", "The Spring and Autumn Annals" etc. as the material, and emphasized the study of knowledge and the training of decent behaviors. In calling upon rebuilding humanism spirit which has become a worldwide trend, Confucius's talent cultivation idea has very realistic enlightenment on contemporary college students" humane cultivation.
