摘要
矩形钢制水池越来越多地应用于环保工程。一般矩形常压水池壁板及底板采用平板结构形式,抗弯承载力和整体刚度较差。结合某地上200m3常压水处理池钢结构的设计,在壁板设计中提出加劲板、竖向柱、横向圈、连杆的整体组合加固方式,并与顶边加固方法及垂直、横向联合加固方法进行对比。结果表明:采用整体组合加固形式的池体结构整体刚度好,且经济性相对更好。同时,在圆锥形水池底板设计中采用环向加筋方式,使其坐落于钢框梁上,并利用MIDAS软件进行壁板、底板、底座有限元整体建模分析,得出较优的结构设计方案。
Rectangular steel welded pool has been used widely in environmental protection projects.Flat slab with low flexural capacity and weak stiffness is the common form of side plate and bottom plate.A combination reinforce method is used in the design of 200 m 3 steel welded atmospheric pressure pool on ground which includes stiffened plate,verticle column,transverse ring and linkage.The comparison with top-sides reinforce method and criss-cross reinforce method is shown that steel pool construction designed with combination reinforce method has better stiffness and economic performance.Meanwhile,the whole construction with taper bottom is based on a steel frame through ring beams.Finite element model is built with MIDAS software to get the better design scheme.
