钠泵抑制因子与高血压 被引量:2

摘要 已经证实在人和哺乳动物体内存在一种内源性的(Na+K)-ATP 酶抑制因子(EndogenousNa^+,K^+-ATPase inhibitor),且以下丘脑含量丰富。有人证明,摄入过量的钠盐则因血液容量扩张而引起内源性(Na+K)-ATP 酶抑制因子(简称“钠泵抑制因子”)从下丘脑分泌入血液循环,抑制有关组织细胞(Na+K)-ATP酶活性,尤其是平滑肌细胞。由于 Na^+泵活性降低,使得胞内 Na^+浓度增高,造成 Na^+-Ca^(2+)交换异常,胞内 Ca^(2+)水平增高,从而导致血管外周阻力增加,血压升高。本文报告我们从原发性高血压患者血浆及红细胞中提取了这种抑制因子及对其特性的研究。
