摘要
对厂修货车转向架调整中(下)拉杆孔距以适应制动缸活塞行程问题进行了统计、计算和分析,发现转K2型和转K6型转向架基础制动存在调整盲区,特别是将要进入厂修期的转K6型转向架存在较大的调整盲区,影响到制动缸活塞行程的调整,因此提出了解决的办法和建议。
The statistics,calculation and analysis are made on adjusting the middle(lower)pulling rod holes distance to adapt to the brake cylinder piston travel in overhaul of freight car bogies.It is found out that there is blackout area of adjustment in foundation braking of Zhuan K2 and Zhuan K6 bogies,especially for the Zhuan K6 bogies going to enter the overhaul period,there is fairly big blackout area of adjustment,thus,the adjustment of brake cylinder piston travel is affected,therefore,the methods and suggestions for solution are given.
