摘要
研究了以造纸黑液为催化剂,齐鲁石油焦-CO2的气化动力学。在950-1200℃测定了造纸黑液负载量为0-15%时石油焦的气化反应活性,发现造纸黑液使石油焦的气化反应活化能大幅度降低,表明造纸黑液具有催化作用。得到了齐鲁石油焦-CO2催化气化反应动力学的缩芯模型,并给出相应的动力学参数。催化剂用量对动力学参数的影响表明,该催化气化反应体系存在补偿效应,得到了齐鲁石油焦在不同浓度造纸黑液下进行CO2催化气化反应的动力学补偿效应方程,等动力学温度为1548 K。
Catalytic CO2 gasification of Qilu petroleum coke loaded with different black liquor concentrations(0—15%)was studied in the temperature range from 950℃ to 1200℃.The results show that the black liquor is of catalysis for petroleum coke gasification and can decrease remarkably its reaction activation energy.The rate of the catalytic gasification reaction can be well fitted by the shrinking-core model and their kinetic parameters are estimated.A study for rate constants of catalytic CO2 gasification reaction of Qilu petroleum coke using different black liquor concentration indicated that there exists kinetic compensation effect between pre-exponential factor and activation energy,and the isokinetic temperature is 1548 K.
