摘要
提出了一种可以降低换热网络运行费用的基于参数k、z优化的换热网络设计方法,使得网络结构更加简化,特别适用于流体传热系数有差异的换热网络合成问题。该优化设计方法将网络运行总费用作为目标函数,以参数k、z的优化为基础,通过网络约束确定参数的寻优区间,经二维寻优得到最优参数kopt和zopt,并确定各流股的贡献温差,最终实现网络优化设计。通过案例分析说明了本文所提方法的有效性和实用前景。
A method of heat exchanger network(HEN)integration based on optimization of parameters k and z was presented.The method could decrease the total annual cost of HEN,simplify the structure of HEN and was suitable especially for heat exchanger networks with different heat transfer coefficients.The total annual cost was considered as the objective function for optimization of parameters k and z.The optimal ranges of parameters k and z were determined by network constraints,and the optimal parameters koptand zopt were obtained through the two-dimensional optimization method.ΔT-contribution was decided according to kopt and zopt,and finally the HEN optimal design was realized.A case study demonstrated the effectiveness and prospect of application of the method proposed in this paper.
