Comparative Study on Extraction of Dracorhodin from Draconis Sanguis

目的:优化血竭药材的提取方法。方法:以血竭素的含量为指标,采用HPLC比较浸渍法、索氏提取法和超临界CO2萃取(SFE-CO2)法对血竭药材的提取效果。结果:SFE-CO2得到的血竭素含量较高。结论:SFE-CO2适用于血竭的提取。

Objective：To establish the techniques for the extraction of dracorhodin from Draconis Sanguis.Method： With the content of dracorhodin as the index,observations were made on the effect of different methods of extraction by HPLC.Result： High content of dracorhodin was obtained by SFE-CO2 relatively.Conclusion： SFE-CO2 is a workable technique for the extraction of dracorhodin from Draconis Sanguis.
