黄芪防治肺纤维化的研究现状

Research Development of Astragalus in Treating Pulmonary Fibrosis

肺纤维化是临床的疑难重症,也是目前研究的热点课题之一。益气化瘀化痰法是中医临床治疗肺纤维化的重要方法,而益气则是诸法的根本和关键。作者介绍了补气药黄芪防治肺纤维化作用的研究现状,对进一步研究黄芪的抗纤维化机制及指导临床应用有一定意义。

Pulmonary fibrosis（PF） is a severe disease,and is one of the hot research subjects.Supplementing qi to remove stasis and phlegm is an important clinical method for treating PF in traditional Chinese medicine.Supplementing qi plays an essential role in this method.This paper reviews the research status of treating PF with astragalus,which is helpful for further exploring the anti-fibrotic mechanism of astragalus and directing its clinical application.
