小儿肾病综合征对血清补体成份含量的影响

Effect of Pediatric Nephrosis on Serum Complement Levels

27例小儿肾病综合征病人,用免疫化学法测定了6种补体成份。结果在激素敏感病人显示C_(1q)、C_9、B 含量下降而 C_3,C_4、C_5上升,在恢复期 C_3仍高于正常。血清补体成份含量变化与病情严重程度关系不著,若能准确测定尿中补体成份及血中补体成份裂解产物,将有助对肾病综合征时补体成份变化机理的认识。

C_4 C_1q, C_3, B,C_5, C_9 were examined by immunochemical method in 27 childrenwith nephrotic syndome. In this series, C_1q, C_9, B level decreased in steroids sensi-tive patients, but C_3, C_4, C_5 increased, C_5 level remained higher level than normal inconvalescent period. The changes of complement in serum were not remarkable andwere not associated with the severity of the disease.It would be usefull in the reco-gnition of the mechanism of change of components of complement during NS, if theexact amount of urine commplement and that of degraded products in blood could bedetermined.
