摘要 目的:观察牛蒡根化学成分牛蒡低聚果糖和山奈素对大鼠阴茎海绵体平滑肌细胞增殖的影响,探讨牛蒡根对勃起功能障碍治疗作用的可能机制。方法:利用MTT体外药物筛选法测试受试样品对大鼠阴茎海绵体平滑肌细胞体外增殖活性的影响。结果:牛蒡低聚果糖100、50μg/ml能够明显促进细胞的增殖,且有时间依赖性;山奈素100、50μg/ml对细胞的增殖有抑制作用;25、12.5μg/ml能够明显促进细胞的增殖,且有时间依赖性。结论:牛蒡根化学成分对大鼠阴茎海绵体平滑肌细胞有增殖作用。 Objective:To investigate the burdock root chemical composition that are burdock oligosaccharide and kaempferol on rats corpuscavernosum smooth muscle cells proliferation and its role in protective effect on erectile dysfunction.Methods:The effects of the tested samples on the activity of promoting corpuscavernosum smooth muscle cells were assessed using MTT.Results:The content of burdock oligosaccharide 100 μg/ml and 50 μg/ml on promoting cell was time dependent;kaempferol 100 μg/ml and 50 μg/ml on cell proliferation had inhibition,25 μg/ml and 12.5 μg/ml on promoting corpuscavernosum smooth muscle cell was time dependent.Conclusion:The burdock root chemical composition can proliferate the corpuscavernosum smooth muscle cells.
