综合疗法治疗输卵管阻塞引起不孕症的临床观察

The clinical observation of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction

目的:探讨综合疗法治疗输卵管阻塞引起不孕症的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我院2008年11月～2009年4月诊治的84例不孕症患者的临床资料。结果:治疗后观察组的治愈率为62.8%,明显高于对照组的41.4%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为7.0%,对照组为9.8%,两组间差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合疗法治疗输卵管阻塞引起不孕症疗效满意,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To explore the clinic effect of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction.Methods：The clinical data of 84 cases of infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction in our hospital from November 2008 to April 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The cure rate of observation group was 62.8% after treatment,it was significantly higher than 41.4% of the control group,there was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 7.0%,the control group was 9.8%,there was not significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive therapy in the treatment of infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction has satisfactory curative effect,it is worth spreading.
