血液滤过时不同滤器对血小板数量的影响

The influence of different filters on the quantity of platelet in the progress of hemofiltration

目的:评估血液滤过时分别应用三醋酸纤维素膜(FB190U)、聚砜膜(AV600S)两种不同的滤器对患者血小板数量的影响。方法:选取急性肾功能衰竭需要行血液滤过治疗患者21例,采用自身对照方法分别应用FB190U及AV600S治疗12 h,分别于治疗前、后检测血小板数量。结果:应用FB190U治疗前、后血小板数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),应用AV600S治疗12 h后血小板数较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血液滤过时应用三醋酸纤维素膜(FB190U)对血小板数量的影响比应用聚砜膜(AV600S)小。

Objective：To assess the influence of two different filters of cellulose triacetate（FB190U） or polysulfone（AV600S） on the quantity of platelet in the progress of hemofiltration.Methods：A total of 21 cases of patients with acute renal failure and required the treatment of hemofiltration were chosen,and treated with FB190U and AV600S for 12 hours respectively by self-control,then quantity of platelet before and after the treatment was detected.Results：There was no significant difference in the quantity of platelet before and after treatment in FB190U group,but the quantity of platelet was obviously reduced 12 hours after treatment in AV600S group（P〉0.05）,and it showed a significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The influence on the quantity of platelet when using FB190U is smaller than that using AV600S in hemofiltration.
