摘要
本文报道利用3个月龄人胎大脑神经细胞无血清培养液培养的原代培养物,经同位素法测定观察了细胞内微管蛋白(Tubulin)发育的变化。培养5,10,15,20天的培养物,证明生理剂量的3,5,3′(?)三碘甲腺原氨酸(T_3)对神经细胞微管蛋白的发育有明显的影响,可直接促进人胎大脑神经细胞分化成熟。
Tubulin development of 3-month human fetal cerebral primary neuron culturesin serum-free medium with the radio-assay were reported. The significant effect of3,5,3′-triiodothyronine of physiological dose on Tubulin of primary neuron in vitro.The development and differentiation of human fetal cerebral neuron can bedirectly promoted by physiological dose of 3,5,3′-triiodothyronine.
