摘要
利用自主研制的煤氧化模拟实验系统测试了煤低温氧化过程中的耗氧量和标志气体CO的生成量,并分析研究了一氧化碳的产生过程特性。研究发现,低温阶段随着温度的升高,煤氧化生成的CO浓度逐渐增大,并且增大的幅度越来越大;产生CO的临界温度滞后于耗氧的临界温度,CO的这种产生过程特性是由低温阶段煤氧复合的内在反应过程特性所决定的。
The system of simulating spontaneous combustion of coal made by self is used to test the quantity of oxygen consumed and Index gas of Carbon monoxide generated and analyze the Generating process characteristics of Carbon monoxide. It finds that the concentrations of Carbon monoxide generated by coal oxidation is increasing at a faster pace with the temperature rising, the temperature generating Carbon monoxide is lower than that consuming oxygen. The Generating process characteristics of carbon monoxide depends on the self reaction properties of coal oxidation in the low temperature stage.
