可降解放射性海绵及其制造工艺的研究

摘要 为了研制一种既可实施近距离放射治疗也能够作为术后空腔填充的植入物。该种植入物可以应用在脑神经胶质瘤术后填充并起到近距离放射治疗作用,也可以应用在乳腺癌保乳术后辅助外放射治疗并起到一定的美容塑形功效。此种放射性海绵可以使用明胶或胶原作为原材料基体,混合放射性同位素125I、103Pd、32P、90Sr、90Y、188Re、186Re、198Au、192Ir或137Cs后采用冻干工艺形成放射性海绵。在前期实施的三期动物实验过程中发现,125I可以采用间质内照射对大鼠脑内C6胶质瘤细胞产生杀伤作用;125I对家兔神经组织的放射损伤,在一定半径内随放射活度增加而加重,在其有效放射半径以外损伤明显减轻的重要结论。结合现有的部分临床研究成果,证实放射性同位素125I用于治疗脑神经胶质瘤治疗机理明确,治疗效果突出、显著。但对结合生物可降解的胶原或明胶材料的放射性海绵,其在人体的生物降解速率及治疗效果还需要实施深入的临床研究。 In order to develop a product which can be used as a brachytherapy and also as a cavity filler after surgery.It was filled into the cavity which was caused after the tumor was removed.Also it will accept brachytherapy with the body.It can be applied to glioma and breast cancer’s radiotherapy.It also can have a shaping effect in breast cancer’s therapy.Gelatin or collagen can be used as its raw material base,after mixed radioisotope and process with freeze-drying,the radioactive sponge can be produced.The radioisotope include 125I,103Pd,32P,90Sr,90Y,188Re,186Re,198Au,192Ir or 137Cs.The important conclusions was found that interstitial irradiation can be used to kill C6 glioma cells in the rat brain after three times of animal experiments.125I’s radioactive damage to rabbit’s nerve is increased with the radioactivity increase in certain radioactivity radius.the damage is reduced visibly outside of the effective radiation radius.Clinical research show that radioisotope 125I’s treatment effect is outstanding in the treatment of glioma.However this radioactive sponge mixed with biodegradable collagen or gelatin need to have a deep clinical study,especially in its biodegradation rate and therapeutic effects.
