摘要 珍珠梅花蜜腺位于离生心皮雌蕊群与雄蕊群之间的花托上,属于花托蜜腺。蜜腺由分泌表皮和泌蜜组织组成,属于结构蜜腺。表皮上分布有大量的向内凹陷的气孔器,泌蜜组织细胞3~4层,由花托内表皮及其内侧细胞恢复分裂能力形成。在发育过程中,液泡、淀粉和蛋白质呈现有规律的变化。原蜜来源于花托维管束的韧皮部,通过薄壁细胞传至泌蜜组织,加工成蜜汁,由凹陷的气孔排出。 The floral nectary of Sorbaria kirilowii (Regel) Maxim.is located on the receptacle between the apocarpy and the stamen, belonging to the nectary of the receptacle. The nectary consists of epidermis and nectariferous tissue, belonging to structural nectary. Many sunken stomatas scatter in the surface of the nectary. The nectariferous tissue is composed of 3~4 layers of cell and it is formed by regaining division of the cells of inner epidermis of the receptacle and the cells under the epidermis. During the development of nectariferous tissue, the content of starch,vacuole and protein change regularly. The pre-nectar may be provided by phloem of the receptacle′s vascular bundle and transferred to the nectariferous tissue via parenchyma cells. Then the nectar is formed in it and finally secrete to outer via sunken stoma.
