摘要
在正常供水和干旱条件下研究了AM菌(Arbuscularmycorrhizalfungi,AMF)Glomusmoseae,Gigasporamargarita,Gigasporarosea对大豆(Glycinemax)生长发育和抗旱性的影响。结果表明,AM菌能显著增加植株的生长量(株高、叶面积、干重等),提高植株叶片相对含水量、光合速率、蒸腾速率,降低叶片气孔阻力,显著增强植株的抗旱能力。干旱条件下,AM菌的侵染、菌丝的发育均良好。供试菌种对大豆的效应以Gigasporarosea效果最好。
Effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF): Glomus mosseae, Gigaspora margarita and Gigaspora rosea on water status of soybean(Glycine max) grown in pots were investigated under watered and drought conditions. Results showed that AMF were able to increase the growth (plant height, leaf area, dry weight, etc), leaf relative water contents, photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate; to reduce stomatal resistance, and to significantly enhance the drought resistance of the seedlings. The effects of Gigaspora rosea is superior to other species of AMF tested in this experiment.
