加工型春种胡萝卜优良品种的筛选

Screening of Spring Planting Carrot Cultivates for Processing

对来自不同国家和地区的２２个胡萝卜品种进行春种比较试验，从植物学性状、产量、品质（感观品质、加工品质、营养品质）３个方面进行鉴定，淘汰了１７个品种，选出５个适合春种的加工型品种，并进一步筛选出东方红秀、改良黑田五寸２个最佳品种，供试种推广。

Comparative experiments were carried out on twenty-two carrot cultivates from diffrent countries and regions. Based on their botany trait, yield and quality (including sense, processing and nutrition qualities), five cultivates were selected, which are suitable for planting in spring. By further screening, two best carrot cultivates-Dongfang Hongxiu and Gailiang Heitian Wucun were chosen for cultivating and spreading.
