一类抑病毒物质对黄瓜花叶病毒作用效果初报

Preliminary Study on Inactivate Effect of Inhibitor to Cocumber Mosaic Virus

ＰＣＣ制剂是抗黄瓜花叶病毒（Ｃｏｃｕｍｂｅｒｍｏｓａｉｃｖｉｒｕｓ＝ＣＭＶ）寄主植物Ｃｒｏｔａｌａｒｉａｃｒｉｓｐａｔａ中抑病毒物质提取物的制剂。对ＣＭＶ具有一定的钝化作用，其中５０～４００ｍｇ／Ｌ，在黄瓜和菜豆上测定对ＣＭＶ的抑制钝化效果分别为５２．９％～８７．５％和４１．８％～６５．０％；在黄瓜上于接种ＣＭＶ病毒前后分别喷使２００ｍｇ／Ｌ，对病害初侵染的作用效果分别为８０．２％和６４．０％。

PCC was a inhibitor from Crotalaria crispata. This experiment showed that PCC could inactivate Cocumber mosaic virus(CMV).The resistance effect could be up to 52.9% to 87.5%(inoculation with Phaseolus vulgaris L.) and 41.8% to 65.0% (inoculation with Cocumber) to CMV with 50 to 400mg/L of PCC. The control effect were 80.2% and 64.0% on Cocumber if sprayed with 200mg/L of PCC 24 hrs before or after inoculation.
