摘要
本文研究了加入不同含量Ca元素对AZ63镁合金微观组织和硬度的影响。结果表明:加入Ca元素进行合金化,合金中生成了新的第二相Al2Ca;与AZ63合金铸态组织相比,加入Ca后组织中的β-Mg17Al12相数量减少、组织细化、硬度提高;固溶时效处理后,β相部分溶解,而Al2Ca则以骨骼状存在于晶界周围;加入适量的Ca可以提高AZ63合金的室温及高温强度,而过量的Ca则会导致AZ63合金的性能下降。本实验中Ca元素的含量为2.0%时,合金具有较好的组织和性能。
The effects of different content of Ca alloying elements on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ63 magnesium alloy were investigated.The results show that a new second phase Al2 Ca generates by adding of Ca elements.The number of the β-Mg17 Al12 phases in enable-cast AZ63 alloy decreases,and the as cast condition are refined and the hardness is improved.After solution treatment,β-phase is partly dissolved.The Al2 Ca is replaced by boned and disc exists around the grain boundaries.Appropriate amount of Ca can increase the strength of the AZ63 alloy at room temperature and high temperature.The excessive amount of Ca is harmful tothe performance of AZ63 Alloy.The mechanical tests results of this paper indicate that AZ63 magnesium alloy has the best properties when the content of Ca is 2.0 wt.%.
